Four Years in the Making: Emily and Brent Become Parents
On June 16, two and a half weeks before her due date, Emily and I planned on tackling our remaining to-do list in preparation for our baby’s approaching arrival.
Then Emily was sent to the hospital, and we had to put those tasks on hold.
Two days later, after four years, five pregnancies, five lost unborn children and a 43-hour induction process, we finally became parents:
