The search for ourselves is ongoing, if not never-ending. Anyone who tells you they’ve got it figured out is lying to you, and themselves.
And this search only intensifies in times of transition, regardless of age.

That’s a message I haven’t always agreed with.
In fact, during my lowest times, it’s been a concept that has infuriated me.
But it’s something I’m now happy to be reminded of.
I’m excited for the solar eclipse.
But what I’m really excited about is what the solar eclipse is bringing us:
Chocolate Krispy Kreme donuts.
How hard is it to say thank you?
More specifically, how hard is it to say thank you on the roadway?
All it takes is that split-second wave in front of your rearview mirror.
Yet for the overwhelming majority of motorists, that’s a bridge too far.
There’s something missing.
That was the apprehension I couldn’t shake this morning while making my post-workout smoothie.
