Pregnancy: We Took a Birthing Class

To prepare for our child’s approaching arrival, Emily and I recently took a birthing class (via Zoom, of course).

We learned how to time contractions, watched videos of women in labor, dissected the pros and cons of epidurals and discussed countless other facets of the miracle of birth.
